Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you can stop at any time during the trial without being charged.
Cancelling or pausing
Contact us to cancel or pause your subscription. Access follows the status of your subscription, and your data stays exportable to CSV.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Write to us with your restaurant name and the reason for the request and we will respond with the outcome.
