These terms apply when you use the Tabla website and restaurant POS. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Tabla is a cloud-based restaurant point of sale. It needs a device with a modern browser and an internet connection. Features available to you depend on your plan.
Accounts and staff access
You are responsible for the people you give logins to and for keeping credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your data
Your restaurant's data belongs to you. You grant us the right to process it to provide the service. You can export your sales, customers and reports to CSV.
Plans, billing and trials
Plans are priced in INR and billed monthly or yearly. Free trials, where offered, are stated on the pricing page. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for what happens when you cancel.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other restaurants' data, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Tabla available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
